Easy to install and hard to defeat, SmartAntenna by SignalTrac is the industrial strength solution for GPS fleet tracking. Based on its small size and supersensitive GPS transponder, SmartAntenna installs under the dash in minutes requiring almost no tools other then those required to make a few simple electrical connections.
Driver tampering is significantly minimized because there are no external antennas to cover up or unscrew; there is no SIM card to pull out and the power harness cannot be easily unplugged like most other devices. Support is made simple as firmware updates can be performed remotely via the wireless network. No data is ever deleted until it is confirmed as inserted into the database.
SmartAntenna only transmits quality data. Proprietary algorithms eliminate GPS drift, determine idling, detect movement, calculate mileage and filter through GPS readings to select only the best and most accurate. SmartAntenna supports a host of sensors and terminals. Sensor support is based on either a change of electrical state or a serial interface which allows for a much greater level of detail. SignalTrac offers a full suite of vehicle based applications. Solutions include electronic driver logs, job dispatch, turn by turn directions and email. Because the SmartAntenna has its own CPU, GPS transponder and GPRS radio, SignalTrac is able to develop these solutions on low cost terminals without sacrificing performance or usability. A one year warranty and an optional owner protection program makes the SmartAntenna a safe investment that will provide benefit long after it has paid for itself.

+ Smaller in area than a credit card , the SmartAntenna is extremely easy to mount in any vehicle. Use the supplied 3M high bond double-sided tape to permanently secure the device to the vehicle without the need for screws and straps.
+ SmartAntenna is powered by the state-ofthe- art 50-channel positioning engine,
which is ideal for applications that require a high performance GPS receiver and fast
weak signal acquisition performance.
+ SmartAntenna utilizes data filters to detect and discard invalid or bad coordinates received from the GPS engine.
+ The engine's 160 dBm acquisition sensitivity enables acquisition and tracking performance in the harshest signal environments, including weak signal environments such as urban canyons or covert locations.
+ Innovative technologies suppress jamming sources and mitigate multipath effects, giving the GPS receiver excellent navigation performance in the most challenging environments.
+ The SmartAntenna can be remotely configured to report at any interval. The device is factory configured to report every two minutes while movement is detected and every hour when the device is not moving. Other events like engine status, sensor status or first movement are sent in real-time. It’s smaller than a credit card.
